One Beyond – Fair usage policy

Our Fair Use Policy for Pay Monthly (SIM only) customers
The bundles included with our Pay Monthly SIMs include Voice, Texting and Data services. However, One Beyond reserves the right to suspend usage for suspected fraud and/or if usage has a negative effect on our business, and usage determined to be of a such a nature or ‘commercial’ nature will be charged at a standard rate. The right to review these fair usage levels is reserved by One Beyond. The allowance in your bundle, hereunder minutes, text and data, is for personal, non-commercial use only and One Beyond reserves the right to restrict and limit service to anyone whose usage negatively affects our business. The allowance set out in the fair usage policy is based on using the allowance in the UK. Usage to call/text internationally or usage whilst roaming abroad will be charged according to the rates set out in Roaming Charges and International Charges. We may reject your offer to purchase for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the rare occurrence that we suspect any fraud or abuse or if you have already purchased 2 phones in the preceding 12-month period.

Inclusive minutes: Are for calls to UK landlines with prefix starting 01, 02, 03, and the UK mobile networks Vodafone, EE, O2, Three and their underlying resellers, and your voicemail whilst in the UK. Premium rate numbers will be charged at their relevant rate and are not inclusive in your allowance.

Inclusive texts: Are for texts to UK mobile networks. They do not include short-code texts to other services. This means that your inclusive texts do not include text message delivery notifications. This usage does not include picture messaging or group texts.

Inclusive data: Your mobile internet allowance is subject to the Beyond Bundle that you choose at the time of sign up. Depending on your settings One Beyond may or may not cap your out-of-bundle data usage and subsequent charges, and you are solely responsible for setting alerts to ensure you avoid out of bundle data usage. Your inclusive allowance will be reset on the first working day of the month. Mobile data usage within the bundle is only applicable within the UK. Using your phone as a modem (tethering) is not permitted. You are entitled to use our Pay Monthly bundle services for personal, non-commercial use.

You are entitled to use our Pay Monthly bundle services for personal, non-commercial use. One Beyond reserves the right to suspend your mobile access to our service and/or disconnect your SIM if your usage is deemed to be excessive and/or not in keeping with that reasonably expected of a private individual. We can also effectuate any of these actions if you in our reasonable opinion are abusing the services in any way. You will be notified by email if we take any of these steps, and we will endeavour to contact you before taking action.
