All of our plans are based on a monthly-rolling principle. This means you are not tied for any period longer than one month, it’s easy to upgrade or downgrade to a smaller bundle, or even leave us should you get a better offer, although we hope you won’t.

We offer each and everyone of our customers the option to earn a months free bundle. All that’s required is that you refer two friends or family that sign up one of our monthly bundles! See here for details.
Monitor your usage on-going and avoid unexpected bills
At the start of sign-up we will debit an additional £10, which will be stored in your e-wallet. These are for on-going out-of-bundle charges such as international calls or premium rate numbers. When you exceed the £10 we will withdraw the same amount again and automatically notify you. You can also view your remaining balance and usage history on our self-service portal My One Beyond.
